Medical Care and Training. Car Angel's on going partnership with Mercy Ships, Compassion and World Vision has provided operations and needed medicine for thousands. Our goal is to build an entire operating room on the African Mercy the largest hospital ship in the world. This ship is equipped with donated equipment from most of the major US pharmaceutical companies. Car Angel is providing needed funding enableing this vessel to operate in harbors throughout the third world giving surgical opportunities to those who otherwise would have no access to medical care.
